- Each new design of billet grille is pre-fitted
into the factory grille shell a minimum number of times
to ensure perfect fitting of each and every billet grille.
- T-Rex uses a large amount of solid 6063
aluminum bars to ensure a "tight" look, standard
on every billet grille.
- Each grille is TIG (Hand Welded) and manufactured
in it's own custom jig fixture. Then each grille is meticulously
cleaned and coated with a baked on black powder coat in
a three stage process.The face of the grille is then hand
polished to a mirror like finish. Again the complete grille
is meticulously cleaned and then packaged for shipping.

and comprehensive installation instructions.
