    American Truck N' Auto Accessories (ATA) Returns & Cancellations Policy

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We will exchange any UNUSED resalable item for another item of equal value. If the new item is of greater value, you will be charged for the price difference. If new item is of lesser value, you will be credited accordingly. If return is due to an error on the part of ATA, we will arrange for return shipping by use of call tag or shipping return label. We will issue one call tag, and it will be the customers responsibility to ensure that the part is packaged properly and ready for pickup at your specified location. If the part is not ready to be picked up, it then becomes the customer's responsibility to arrange shipping back to us. At NO time will a second call tag be issued.

All returns MUST be properly packaged for shipment. If a return is received damaged because of inadequate packaging or it has been visibly opened and not re-packaged properly, you may not receive any refund for any reason from ATA.The product must be received back in exactly the same condition as you received it.
On all returns in which ATA is not at fault, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and shipping the part(s) back to us, and there will be no return of freight on the order. Also, if item is being exchanged, customer will be responsible for freight charges to ship the replacement part to the customer. Please use a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number. After you have shipped the product back, you must call us or email us with that tracking number.

All returns without exchange are subject to a return fee of up to 20% of the purchase price of the item returned. There will be no return of freight charges. Any order cancelled before the order has shipped, may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover processing costs. Any order cancelled after the order has shipped will be regarded as a return. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping, handling and processing fees.

All returned items MUST have an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number written on the package. Items returned without an RGA number will be refused at time of delivery or shipped back to the customer. An RGA may be obtained by filling in the form below and submitting to us.You will be contacted with an RGA number by telephone or email along with the return ship-to address within 24 hrs. Returned items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 business days after RGA number has been issued.

Any products refused upon delivery also subject to return fee.

If your product has obvious visible damage when it is delivered, please REFUSE the part, DO NOT sign for it, and ensure the driver is aware of the reason for refusal. Please call us immediately and notify us of the problem. If the part is found to be damaged after opening the carton, please call or email us to inform us of the problem. We will then inform you of the necessary procedures and steps to be taken. If any of the preceding conditions occur, you are not at fault and you will be shipped a replacement part at no additional cost to you.

If your order arrives with a manufacturers defect, a replacement part will be shipped to you after the defective part has been received back by the manufacturer, and it has been verified that it is indeed a manufacturers defect.

In the process of resolving all of the above issues, if you require a replacement part to be shipped to you immediately (before the above situations can be resolved), it may be required that your credit card be charged for a replacement part and shipping. When the issue has been resolved, and you are deemed not at fault, your credit card will be credited back for the replacement part and any extra shipping costs incurred.

The handling charge, if applicable is non-refundable.
